Current Vacancies

We currently have the following vacancies and are looking for efficient, well-organised individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to join our rapidly expanding team.

Property Administrator (Carlisle)

Our commercial property portfolio currently consists of over 2,300 commercial properties, located throughout the UK. The role will involve the on-going management of all property, including liaison with solicitors, banks, financial advisers and pension scheme members on all property related matters, including leases, rent reviews, property development, liquidation of tenants and administration of property expenditure.

It may be beneficial if the candidate has a background in residential or commercial property administration or conveyancing; has previously worked in a legal profession or has a law degree; however this is not essential as full training is provided.

SSAS and SIPP Pension Administrators (Carlisle)

The roles will involve assistance with the on-going administration of our self-invested pensions. You will liaise with financial advisers, banks, financial institutions and pension scheme members on all pension related matters, to ensure the timely and accurate administration of all transactions including investments, benefit calculations, scheme valuations and income reviews, ensuring adherence to current legislation.

It may be beneficial if the candidate has a background in financial services administration, however this is not essential as full training will be given.

Payroll Administrator (Carlisle)

We currently administer monthly payroll for over 650 Pension Scheme members who request income to be paid from their pension plans, including pension commencement lump sum and other ad-hoc income requests. The role is working alongside the existing accounting team, ensuring sufficient funds are available for each pension scheme member to facilitate their income payments, liaising with the members and their Advisers to arrange for any shortfall in funds to be addressed, transferring funds to the appropriate bank account, accounting for PAYE on the payments, reporting & remitting funds to HMRC via their RTI system.

The role may also involve other accounting tasks to assist the team, including banking receipts and arranging electronic payments.

It may be beneficial if the candidate has previous payroll or accounting experience, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
